FOR ALL XTREME DIMENSIONS EVENTS:
As stated on the registration, there are no refunds once payment is received.
If ALL games for an ENTIRE event are canceled due to inclement weather, teams will have two choices:
1. 100% credit for a future Xtreme Dimensions event (cannot be Triple Crown Sports). The credit must be used by Dec 1st of the following year. Ex: Tournament is 10/2016, the credit must be used by 12/1/2017. Each team that chooses this option will receive a coupon with a registration code that can be used for online registration of the future event.
2. 50% cash refund. Any team that chooses a cash refund will receive a check at the end of the season.
Please remember, as with any camp, clinic or tournament, Xtreme Dimensions continues to pay facility rental fees, maintenance fees, labor and other event costs whether or not teams/players participate in the event.
